1. Prepare the Chicken Parmesan Pasta as directed, including the waiting time.

2. After the waiting time, remove the lid and spoon into a microwavable dish.

3. Add chopped tomatoes or salsa and chicken. You can also add any other non-starchy vegetable that you have on hand.

4. Stir thoroughly. Cover and cook in the microwave for 1 minute or until heated through. Stir in 1 or 2 Tbsp. water if needed. Enjoy!
