Directions
1. Saute onion and peppers until soft.

2. Add the salsa and heat thoroughly.

3. Construct the sandwich by layering the turkey, onions, peppers and cheese.

4. Warm in the microwave for 1 minute on high until the cheese starts to melt. Enjoy!
