Directions
All all ingredients to a blender and puree. Use reserved liquid to reach a desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste, if desired.

Note: This yields 3 servings. Enjoy with your favorite chopped veggies like carrots, mushrooms, zucchini, etc.
