Here's a healthy and Nutrisystem friendly salad featuring your NutrisystemŽ Chili with Beans dinner and NutrisystemŽ Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips for a little zesty crunch.

1 Dessert + 1 Dinner + 1 Extra: Limited + 1 Power Fuel + 2 Vegetable
Directions
1. Arrange the shredded lettuce on a plate. Top with tomato and onion.

2. Crush about 4 of the Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips and sprinkle on top of the salad.

3. Heat the Chili with Beans as directed and spoon on top of the salad.

4. Crush the remaining tortilla chips on top and garnish with cheese and sour cream. Add a little hot sauce if desired. Enjoy!

I have not done this yet, but you could save a smart carb and heat 1/4 - 1/2 cup fat free refried beans and put them over the lettuce and then place the chili over that. It would make it taste like an authentic Mexican take out taco salad. And probably would make it very filling too
Serve With
Hot sauce on the side if desired
