Here's a recipe for something a little different using cabbage. It's a great way to get your sweet and sour fix with a healthy vegetable serving to boot!

Directions
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Lightly spray the pot with a cooking spray and sauté the sweet onion for about 10 minutes. Season the onion with salt and pepper to help release the moisture.

2. Add the tomato sauce and vinegar. Add the Splenda, Worcestershire, ginger and Chinese 5-spice. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil. Taste for seasoning and adjust as desired.

3. Add the sliced cabbage and mix to wet the cabbage. Cover and reduce heat to low (gentle simmer). Allow the cabbage to cook down for 1 hour (or more), stirring every 15 minutes to bring the cabbage from the bottom of the pot to the top and to distribute the sauce.
