Enjoy this delicious cranberry topping with all of your favorite dishes!

1. Combine the cranberries, raisins, spices, Stevia and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat until berries start to pop, about 5 minutes.
2. Add the onion, apple and celery; continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture begins to thicken, 5 to 10 more minutes.
Note: This is best served after refrigerating overnight so the flavors can come together.
Stevia, adjusted to taste
minced fresh onion
finely chopped celery
chopped Granny Smith apple
Variations (May affect "Counts As" values)
