This delicious recipe uses lots of vegetables, and because of the number of servings it makes, it's a wonderful dish for a crowd.

1. In a large stew pot, brown the meat with the onions and garlic until cooked.
2. Drain the fat, then add the tomatoes, water, peppers, chili powder.
3. Bring to a boil and simmer for at least 1/2 hour.
4. Add beans and corn and heat through.
5. Serve hot.
Yields: 8 servings
Black beans, 15 oz size
Tomato paste, 6 oz size
Bell peppers, green, red or a combination, chopped
Corn, drained, 15 oz size
Fire roasted tomatoes, 14.5 oz size
Garlic, chopped or pressed
Chili powder more, if desired
Chopped tomatoes with green chilies, 10 oz size
