Love cauliflower? Here's a quick and easy side dish that will go perfectly with any dinner.

1 Extra: Limited + 1 Vegetable
1. Trim the head of cauliflower; the smaller pieces will release more flavor.
2. Peel the entire head of garlic; slice larger pieces in half.
3. Toss cauliflower, garlic, oil and seasoning together in a large bowl. Spread onto a roasting pan and roast at 450 degrees F for 25-30 minutes, or until browned edges form.
4. Remove garlic from cauliflower and enjoy!
Yield: 5 servings
Salt or salt free Mrs. Dash seasoning, to taste
