Here's a great way to add some volume to your lunches by adding some tasty veggies; this delish dish is sure to hold you over until dinner time.

1 Lunch + 3 Vegetable
1. Mix the chicken broth, tomato bouillon, and garlic powder. Saute the zucchini, broccoli, and mushrooms into this mixture on high until cooked all the way through.
2. While sauteing the vegetables, prepare the NutrisystemŽ Black Beans and Rice. Once both are ready, mix them together in a bowl big enough to hold everything. Enjoy!
Note: You can use any vegetables that you want. I chose my personal favorites, plus I find that these veggies blend nicely with the NutrisystemŽ entree.
