1 Dinner + 2 Vegetable
1. Boil the noodles, then drain them.
2. Heat the tomato sauce; add Italian seasoning and garlic powder to taste to the tomato sauce.
3. Cook the NutrisystemŽ Flame Broiled Beef Patty as instructed. Crumble the burger, and mix it with the tomato sauce.
4. Saute the mushrooms in a pan with no-calorie cooking spray. Add the mushrooms to the meat sauce.
5. Portion out 1/2 cup of noodles (these replace the roll). Put the meat sauce on top of the noodles and enjoy!
