1 Breakfast + 1 Extra: Limited + 2 Vegetable
This turns your breakfast entree into a yummy plate of vegetables!
Thinly slice your squash and put in a ziplock bag. Mix in the pancake mix and a little salt and pepper. Heat 1 tsp oil in skillet. Cook the squash on medium low turning and smooshing until golden brown. Serve with fresh ripe tomatoes. So good! Now you can have your southern fried foods on Nutrisystem!!
