Directions
1. Add the water to the Homestyle Potatoes, according to the package directions.

2. Mix in all the rest of the ingredients.

3. Drop by spoonfuls into a hot skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

4. Cook several minutes until browned.

5. Turn and cook until the other side is browned.
