Since blue crabs, primarily an East Coast treat, are usually at their peak from mid-summer through October, we thought this would be a great time for this recipe inspired by Nutrisystem member "debislosingit." The recipe couldn't be easier; plus, if you don't want to use fresh crabmeat, you can substitute the imitation crabmeat (surimi) that's now found in many grocery stores. If you're a shellfish fan, this week's recipe is for you!

1. Prepare entrée according to directions.

2. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 400 degrees.

3. Transfer the Macaroni and Cheese to a small, ovenproof bowl or dish.

4. Stir in crab and combine.

5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

6. Bake until the cheese is browned (approximately 10 minutes).
