Salmon and citrus is a wonderful pairing, made even better with a splash of soy sauce. The fresh dill flavor brings this recipe all together! This recipe yields 4 servings.

Directions
1. Whisk together in a large shallow bowl, the orange juice, all but 1 tsp. of the lime juice, and soy sauce. Add the salmon, coating each piece well. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes, spooning the marinade over the fish once or twice while marinating.
2. Whisk together in a small bowl, the mustard, mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, 1 tsp. reserved lime juice, and 1 tsp. of lime zest. Cover and refrigerate.
3. Spray the grill with pan spray and heat to 350F. Season salmon fillets with pepper and garlic after removing from marinade. Grill to desired temp. Top with the dill mustard sauce and serve.
Variations and Serving Suggestions:
Substitute tilapia, grouper or cod for the salmon and follow the same directions. Serve with the SmartCarb serving of your choice.
