This is a "garden fresh" vegetable side dish that can be enjoyed any time of the year, thanks to the year-round availability of cherry tomatoes in grocery and specialty stores. These would be a great accompaniment to any of the Nutrisystem dinner entrees. Just as a note: never refrigerate tomatoes; refrigeration reduces their flavor.

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2. In a small bowl, toss tomatoes, basil, garlic, oregano and all the seasonings.

3. Drizzle with half the olive oil and toss well to coat tomatoes.

4. Spray a small baking dish with non-stick spray and pour the tomatoes into the pan.

5. Bake for 15 minutes.

6. Remove from oven and toss with remaining olive oil, sunflower seeds and Parmesan cheese.

7. Bake an additional 7 to 12 minutes.

8. Serve hot.
