For those who like taco salads and have difficulty finding healthy ones, a friend gave me this recipe to share with everyone.

Directions
1. Shred 6 cups of lettuce, chop 3 cherry tomatoes, and chop 1 green pepper and add to mixing bowl.

2. Crunch 6 taco shells and add to mixing bowl.

3. Cook turkey in pan until darkened. Stir in corn, beans and pour taco sauce on top. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

4. Stir everything together into a large mixing bowl. Dish out and serve.

Note: Garnish with fat-free sour cream or cheese if desired.
