Directions
1. Mix the water into the Nutrisystem® Cheesy Homestyle Potatoes Mix so that it forms a dough. You may need to adjust the water amount. Add more if it is crumbly. You want a consistency that can be rolled into a ball or patties.

2. Cut the string cheese into quarters (once in half each way, long and short).

3. Divide the dough into 4 parts, making each part into a thin patty.

4. Wrap the dough around the quartered cheese stick like a pig in a blanket, but don't leave the ends of the cheese exposed. Make sure all cheese is covered in dough.

5. Spray a hot pan with cooking spray and fry the sticks on all sides until brown.

Notes: I served them with some salsa on the side for dipping. Made a fun and tasty lunch!
